Austin Leduc (Cornwall, Ontario, 2001), holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a Minor in Human Relations and Spirituality from Saint Paul University in Ottawa, graduating in 2024. He is currently pursuing part-time a Master's in Canon Law (MCL) and a Licentiate in Canon Law (JCL), alongside the microprogram in Safeguarding Minors and Vulnerable Adults at Saint Paul University.
In addition to his academic pursuits, since 2019, Austin has been employed at Saint Paul University in various capacities. He began as a Work Study student in the Pastoral Care Department before advancing to the roles of Support Agent and Interim Coordinator. In early 2024, he joined the Centre for Safeguarding Minors and Vulnerable Adults as the Coordinator of Special Projects, where he oversaw two International Conferences and numerous events. Currently, Austin serves as the Assistant to the Director of the Centre for Safeguarding Minors and Administrator of the Centre for Canonical Services at Saint Paul University.

His article "Building Trust in the Digital Age: Preserving the Integrity of the Gospel through Online Evangelism," presented at Saint Paul University for the conference Can We Talk About Trust (2024) has been accepted for publication in 2026. This article primarily focuses on digital evangelism and how Artificial Intelligence can play a role in undermining trust. More information to follow.
